Yay! My tiny house has a foundation!

It finally arrived! Our custom made trailer for our new home!
Very exciting indeed!
We painted the frame in Rustoleum so that we won't have to worry about it later on.
There she is, in all her glory! 24ft of tiny living space!
Now the fun part begins! We actually have to get ourselves in gear and get working on our new house :o)

  1. Hi there, I'm about to get started on a very similar tiny house of my own - do you mind if I ask how much you paid for this custom 24' trailer? You're the first I've seen that's got one that length, so I'm curious how much we're going to end up paying!

  2. Hi Stephanie,
We ordered our trailer specifically for our project and it was around $5000.00. You could buy one off the lot for cheaper, and it may work for your intentions, but we wanted a very sturdy foundation that could handle a lot of weight.
Hope that helps! It's exciting that you are getting ready to build your own! You'll have to send pictures :o)

  3. Hi, Stephanie again. Thanks for answering my question! Just one more! What weight rating did you choose for your axles?
